Yoga Workshops

Description:
Yoga workshops are a chance to work more deeply on your practice. They are usually longer than regular classes so you have time to explore postures in more detail and focus on specific teaching points.

This yoga workshop involves standing, balancing, forward and backward asana practice, as well as restorative and pranayama. In which you'll deepen your understanding of the practice and poses, plus gain the benefits of how a daily practice can bring by increasing, strength, stamina and flexibility. You will also have an element of deep relaxation and learning some breathing techniques.

This is a general level workshop is open to students of all levels, except complete beginners, and is also ideal for students who have never done a workshop before but are ready to deepen their practice.

Course Dates & Times:
Friday, 25th September  6:00pm - 7:30pm
Saturday, 26th September  7:30am - 9:00am
Saturday, 26th September  4:00pm - 5:30pm

Equipment:
Due to Covid-19 you will need to bring your own equipment - eg. mat and blanket.

Please where comfortable clothes i.e. T-Shirt/Tank top and leggings/shorts. Extra layers in winter.
