What we offer at Yoga Mandala

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga is dynamic, physical and rejuvenating. It’s suited to all levels, making yoga accessible to all bodies at all stages of life. There is an emphasis on precision and alignment in all poses and the appropriate use of props and sequencing. Beginners work in a basic way on simple postures according to their capacity. As a student develops they move on to more refined ways or working as well as to the more complex postures.

Yoga is for everyone. No one is too old or too stiff, too fat or thin or tired. A certified Iyengar Yoga teacher can guide students of all ages and physical conditions to an experience of yoga, which is safe, accessible and rewarding.
